Volleyball Serve Trainer – Solo Practice Belt with Rebound Cord
More Serves.
Less Chasing.
Better Practice.
Want to practice your volleyball serve but don't have a teammate around?
Meet your new solo training partner. This volleyball serve trainer connects your ball to an adjustable waist belt with an elastic return cord, helping you practice your toss, swing and contact without running after every serve.

Your Practice Time Is for Serving. Not Fetching.
You toss. You serve. The ball flies across the yard. Now you have to go get it before trying again.
Sound familiar?
With an elastic ball-return setup, you can spend less time retrieving your volleyball and more time repeating the serving motion.
❌ Ordinary Solo Practice
Chase the ball after each serve.
Pause between repetitions.
Find someone to help retrieve it.
✅ Practice With a Return Cord
Serve and retrieve the returning ball.
Reset your toss more conveniently.
Practice without a partner.

More Practice Reps.
One Simple Setup.
The five-strap holder wraps around a compatible volleyball. A connected elastic cord attaches to your adjustable waist belt.
When you serve, the ball travels outward and the cord helps bring it back toward you. Catch the returning ball, reset your toss, and get ready for another rep.
Practice Independently
Work on your serving motion without relying on someone to toss or retrieve the ball.
Repeat More Conveniently
Keep the ball connected during your serving drills, so resetting takes less effort.

Every Good Serve Starts With Practice.
A consistent serving routine takes repetition.
This trainer gives you a convenient way to work on the individual parts of your serve between team practices.
Serve Toss
Repeat your toss and work on a comfortable, consistent starting position.
Arm Swing
Practice the motion and timing of your serving arm.
Ball Contact
Focus on making controlled contact during repeated serving drills.
Extra Repetitions
Add short solo practice sessions to your usual volleyball routine.

Designed for Solo Serving Drills.
No complicated training equipment or permanent installation.
The three-part design works together to hold the volleyball, attach it to your waist and create a controlled elastic return during practice.
Five-Strap Ball Holder
Wraps around a compatible standard-size volleyball.
Elastic Return Cord
Connects the holder to the waist belt.
Adjustable Waist Belt
Adjusts around the waist for a secure training fit.

Strap In. Toss Up. Start Serving.
Set up your trainer, find a clear practice area and begin with gentle, controlled serving motions.
Secure the Ball
Place a compatible volleyball inside the five-strap holder. Make sure the straps fit securely around it.
Adjust the Belt
Fasten the adjustable waist belt and attach the elastic cord as instructed. Keep the cord untangled.
Toss, Serve & Catch
Start with gentle forward serves. Watch the ball return, catch it around waist height and repeat.

No Teammate Around?
You Can Still Get Reps In.
Team practice doesn't always fit your schedule. But a few extra serving repetitions can fit into an ordinary day.
Practice in a clear, open space at home or outdoors, whether you're preparing for tryouts or simply enjoying volleyball.
Less waiting. More time with the ball.
